CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
CROSSFIT
This is a group class that utilizes the CrossFit methodologies of metabolic conditioning, gymnastics, weightlifting and sport.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Awesomeness! CrossFit classes are 60 minutes in duration and will generally include a warm up, strength or skill component, a metcon (sweaty workout) and a cool down. Each day is different and all weights, movements and intensities are completely scalable depending on your individual capabilities. There will be a certified coach guiding you through the entire class. As an athlete, you can choose (with the guidance of a coach) to follow either the beginner, intermediate or elite programming during the classes.
CROSSFIT LITE
CrossFit lite is similar to CrossFit, minus the heavy barbells and complex gymnastics. CrossFit Lite is aimed towards people whowant to get fit in a fun and functional way.
WHAT TO EXPECT
CrossFit Lite classes are 60 minutes in duration and will include a warm up followed by strength work (no heavy barbells, we promise!) and a metcon.
OPEN GYM
OG is a time when you can come and do your own thing at the gym. There will be a coach supervising during this time but not leading you through a workout.
PERSONAL TRAINING
PT is specific one-on-one training where your coach will design sessions based on your personal goals.
